Pilates is an exercise system developed in the early-mid 20th Century by German born Joseph Pilates. Joseph, it could be argued, was years ahead of his time and a true innovator, using his observations and experiences to develop a transformational exercise system that has prevailed to this day.
Adrian trained at the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and is qualified in Matwork Pilates and specialist Pilates for Runners and Specialist Pilates for Cyclists. Adrian works with people on a one to one basis, in small groups and classes. The APPI method is a worldwide recognised method of Pilates designed by Physiotherapists to deliver a safe and effective Pilates program for people of all levels of health and fitness.
